For patients who require major work, a complete payment plan is designed with an appropriate payment schedule. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card.

Hi, Im Dr. Brianne Schwarz.I grew up in Baraboo, Wisconsin and received an undergraduate degree in biomedical sciences with a minor in chemistry at Marquette University.I was accepted into the accelerated pre-dental scholars program and completed my dental degree at Marquette University as well.I currently live in Baraboo with my husband, Tony.We enjoy hiking, camping, and cheering on all Wisconsin sports teams.
I love working with patients to achieve their oral health goals by listening to their objectives and formulating individualized plans for long term success.I strive to produce high quality, comfortable care for all my patients in order to build lasting patient-provider relationships.I keep up with the latest dental research to ensure the products being used have been tested for quality and durability.
Michelle started career in the dental field in 2012, and since then has grown to love helping all of her patients comfortably and conveniently achieve their dental goals. She is continuously training and gaining knowledge in financial planning and dental insurance. Michelle has taken it upon herself to be as up to date as possible with all insurance plans, allowing her to give our patients the most accurate information possible regarding their specific dental plan as well as spot on estimates. She prides herself on giving our patients the highest quality of customer service, our patients are important to her, she treats everyone as a person and not a number. She takes the time to print and review detailed treatment plans and financial options with each patient, ensuring they are confident and comfortable. When Michelle is not in the practice, she spends her free time camping with her husband Matt, daughter Ella and dog Mya.
Jen brings 20 years experience to the practice, she began her career as a dental assistant, and found she had a passion for making people smile while helping them achieve optimal oral health. Her passion led her to Dental Hygiene school where she graduated in 2007. Her career and love of dentistry has taken her into education, management, transition and now ownership. Jen strives to give her patients the highest quality, individualized care through education, compassion, and respect. Jen continues to grow and strengthen her skills through continued education classes and courses, ensuring she has the most up to date information and techniques to give her patients and team. Jen's other passion is her family, she enjoys spending time with her husband Tyler, and their children Olivia, Harper, & Maxx, making memories throughout the beautiful River Valley area.
Meet Jurae; a 2006 graduate from River Valley High School. She started her career in dentistry 8 years ago at a busy practice in Middleton, and through hard work, dedication, and quality patient care she quickly moved her way up to lead assistant. A firm believer that oral health is one of the most important things for overall health, Jurae strives to give her patients the compassionate and comprehensive care they deserve while working side by side with the dentist. Working in a small-town practice in a community she knows and loves allows her to get to know her patients so they feel like family. When not busy at the office A Jurae enjoys everything outdoors, hiking, fishing, kayaking, traveling as well as loving & taking care of her many animals!
Holly joined our team during her summer break in 2018, since then she has graduated from Edgewood College in Madison and accepted an official offer to the Marquette School of Dentistry in Milwaukee. Holly has a passion for the River Valley area, as she was born and raised here!
