Dr. John grew up in the small town of Mountainburg in Northwest Arkansas. He attended the University of Arkansas for his undergraduate studies where he earned his bachelors degree in Biology. Upon graduation, he moved to Memphis, TN where he obtained his Doctorate of Dental Surgery at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. After graduation, he served as a Captain and Dentist in the United States Army for 4 years. In his free time, he enjoys basketball, hiking, and mountain biking.
Dr. Laura grew up in Jackson, TN. She attended Lambuth University, where she earned her bachelors degree in Biology and Chemistry. After graduation, Dr. Laura moved to Memphis, TN, to attend the University of Tennessee Health Science Center where she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. In her free time, she loves hiking, jogging, and anything outdoors.
John and Laura both have a heart for missions, volunteering with Medical Missions for Christ, the Good Samaritan Clinic, and providing dental services through international missions to the Dominican Republic, Ecuador, and Nicaragua.
Drs. John and Laura Adams met while in dental school in Memphis. They married in June 2014 and moved to Fort Leonard Wood, MO, where Dr. John worked as an active duty military dentist, and Dr. Laura worked as an associate dentist in Rolla, MO. After serving 4 years, they decided to move back to TN and have their own husband-wife dental practice. They currently reside in Watertown, TN and welcomed their first baby boy, Levi, into the family in September 2017. They are excited to make the Dekalb/Wilson County area their home!
