I have been practicing dentistry since 1992, and have loved every minute of it. What makes me smile walking in the office every morning, besides my coffee, is the exciting adventures of my day. From meeting new patients to reconnecting with the old ones, every encounter brings me joy. I have been fortunate in that I had chosen my career early in life because of a positive impression I had of our family dentist back then. He was the most caring yet inspiring individual I had a pleasure to acquaint with at a young impressionable age. My visits to his office as a little girl were all about fun, excitement and new discoveries. Not much has changed!

I attended the University of Michigan School of Dentistry in Ann Arbor, earning my Doctorate of Dental Surgery with honors in 1992. I approached my training with such excitement and fervor that I graduated with my dental degree two years ahead of time, making me the youngest in my class. Continuing my education is another way for me to stay in the forefront of new advancements and ensure my patients are getting the best treatment possible. I have sought out new education on a variety of topics and technologies including TMJ disorders, full mouth reconstruction, implants, Invisalign and 3D radiography to name a few. I am also a member of:

Just like any other profession, practicing dentistry and delivering an outstanding care is not possible without an exceptional team. They say you are as good as the people you approximate yourself with. We have been very fortunate to have developed a team that believes in our vision, trust in our ability, and strives to deliver the best possible care to all of our patients. While in our office you would feel that you are in the company of individuals who care about you and your well-being. We treat you like family!

I am also involved with the Team Smile and the Atlanta Falcons where we partner and volunteer to provide dental services to children who do not have access to proper dental care. Being able to give back to our community is very rewarding for all involved in the process. As my father always says, You receive from the same hand you give. Giving is Living!

Although I am not a native, I have lived in Atlanta longer than I have lived anywhere else and consider it my hometown. It is where all of my family lives, where I started my career, where I met and married my husband, and where I had my two sons the list goes on! I am an avid reader, an early habit that was engraved in my daily routine by my mother. Working out, practicing yoga, and gardening are my escape from the daily grind. I also enjoy traveling and skiing with my family.

I have helped to give patients a brighter smile at 19th Street Dental since 2013. In addition to cleaning teeth and teaching patients about good oral hygiene and home care, I love helping people feel confident about their smile! Everyone gets along so well here it makes coming to work so much more enjoyable. I grew up a little south of Atlanta and moved to the city with my husband in 2008. I love spending my free time with friends and family, traveling with my husband or hiking with my dog Eve.

I oversee day-to-day office operations at the office, which include keeping the practice running efficiently and smoothly and discussing with our patients their treatment plans that have been customized by our doctors. I have been in the field of dentistry since 1999, eight of which were spent as a dental assistant. Whether working in the clinic or now at the front office, I have always enjoyed making our patientsdream smile a reality. Originally from Pittsburgh, I moved to the South to escape the snow. I would say the most important thing to me is my family:Bob,my husband, and our daughter Makenna. My ideal way of spending time is relaxing at the beach with my family or at the pool if we cant make it to the beach!

I coordinate the flow of the office, schedule treatments and will always greet you with a warm smile when you enter our office! I have been with 19th Street Dental since 2011 but have been in the dental field since 1992. The best part of my job is the interactions I have with our patients. I get to find out their needs, concerns and fears and then guide and ease them through the process. When I am not at the office, you can find me travelling to the Blue Ridge mountains where I can really put my vehicle to its limits on the open windy roads.

I have been a registered dental assistant since 1976. I assist both our doctors, but I particularly enjoy being behind closed doors and working in the lab on advanced cases and treatment plans. I love working in a field where we make people proud of their smiles and am a firm believer that laughter can cure! I must admit I love pets, sharing quarters with two dogs (Benji, and Dana) and also have three salt-water aquariums. I also get excited to explore new places, cultures, and people. One of the biggest joys of dentistry is taking a frown and turning it into a beautiful smile. My favorite quote is: Do unto others as you would have them do unto you'.

I have worked as a dental assistant since 2005 and love everything about dentistry. Drs Patel and Zeineddin are professional, efficient, impressive and most importantly funny, which makes my job that much more enjoyable and easier.
